What we collect
If you send the enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, travel dates, number of travellers and your message.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you choose to send in that conversation — the same kind of information, through a different channel.
The form does not ask for payment details, passport data or documents. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it for a booking.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a route and a price, and — if you go ahead — to organise and deliver your booking.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Analytics and cookies
This site works without tracking. If analytics are enabled by the site owner, they are configured to count visits and understand which pages are useful — no advertising profiles and no cross-site tracking.
No non-essential cookies are set by this website itself. Messaging and email providers process your message under their own privacy policies when you choose to contact us that way.
Who else sees it
- Our email provider, so we can reply to your enquiry
- WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, if you contact us through them
- Vehicle or accommodation partners, only where a confirmed booking requires it
- Authorities or insurers, where a legal obligation applies
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up. Booking records are kept for the duration required to run the trip, handle questions afterwards, and meet record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just get in touch through the contact page. We respond within a reasonable period.
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new revision date.
